Filip Otruba

Corporate Finance Partner

Filip has been active in the field of Corporate Finance since 1995 and has led hundreds of M&A transactions at both national and international levels. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague and IFP in Paris. He previously served as Head of Investment Banking at CA-IB and UniCredit, and as M&A Director at a multinational logistics company. He has been part of the CLA Czech Republic team since 2012, serving as Partner responsible for M&A.

Jan Stránský

Corporate Finance Partner

Jan has many years of experience in various areas of business advisory, including over 10 years in the field of M&A. He is a graduate of the specialized program in business and real estate valuation at the University of Economics in Prague and has been with CLA Czech Republic since 2008. He is responsible for the complete management and execution of both domestic and international transactions.
