He originally worked at the law office Vrána & Pelikán and has many years of experience in handling commercial legal disputes, particularly complex cases between shareholders or partners of business corporations. He also provides advisory services in the field of real estate development.

Labour Law (Attorney) Manager

Veronika has dedicated her entire professional career to employment law. She is an active member of CzELA and a specialist in statutory annual obligations, personal data protection, and incentive programs for employees and management.

Roman Poláček

Roman started his career at CLA Law as a legal trainee. He has extensive experience in resolving complex cases involving shareholder disputes and liability for damages, and his areas of specialization include litigation and real estate.
